Our leaders are Women of Vision and Mission; ready to dream and dare; empowered and empowering; persons of passion for God and His people; led by the Spirit gearing the Society in rhythm and in velocity, in efficiency and in effectiveness. 100 years of captaincy at the hands of liminal leaders has allowed the Society to ascend high. Commitment, Self-sacrifice, constant attentiveness to the needs of the time, participatory planning, well timed delegation, compassion in action etc. are the hallmarks of our leaders.
